The Kosher Chocolate Factory now has a stationary location. This educational and gastronomical adventure exposes children to the world of culinary history in a way that they can taste, touch, and smell. Participants explore the role that food plays in Jewish culture, the fascinating history of Jews and chocolate, and gain insight into the kosher diet and kosher industry. In the process, they learn how to make chocolate from scratch, mold their own chocolates using cutting-edge technology, and create mouth-watering truffles!
