They had a clean, family friendly atmosphere with patient and encouraging teachers. The approach was to look at boxing as a sport with focus was on technique as well as strength building and endurance. There is a good group of kids, ages 6-14 training together.

Had a wonderful first class. Jesse was very welcoming and clear as he walked me through the workouts and techniques involved in the class I joined. He is very thorough in his explanations of his classes and technique and seems eager to help. I look forward to going back!

Had my first class and it was great. Boxing Cardio was a good mixture of technique and cardio training. Jesse did a great job as an instructor. Definitely will go back.

I felt welcomed into the class the moment I walked in, not only by Jesse, the instructor, but by the class as well. If you're like me, and you haven't taken a fitness class before, THIS is the class to take, and NOW is the time to do it. And if this ain't your first rodeo, there are people of every level. Jesse has a very effective teaching style, he's kind, patient, and his class is a blast
