Alex (instructor), WE DID contact you the same day of said lesson which left my daughter so upset. We spoke on the phone and you told me my daughter was not very good at posting and that was your explanation for not giving her any more verbal instruction that day. I was very upset and expressed such. You didn’t utter a single word to her for the last half of the lesson. That’s not teaching.

I bought two lessons. But when I went there, the lady insisted that I did not mention that I have two lessons and gave me only one lessons. She said she doesn't have time and I have to make another reservation and come some other time for the other lesson. There were only one kids coming for lessons. She had other staffs, I don't know why she is too busy to give another lesson for us. I have to drive 40 min to get there. It was so disappointing and the lady was just rude.

Alex, the owner was so rude to me and my daughter. I would never go back. She was very difficult to get a hold of and when I finally did to make an appointment she was not accommodating at all. If I didn't already pay for the Groupon I would've walked right out. Don't purchase

We really liked an instructor who is no longer there. It's a well run barn and everyone is friendly.
