The service was horrible. They did not come back to see if we wanted anything else to drink or eat.

quality has gone way down. Party of 8 ordering tons of sushi and other appetizers to start, then all most expensive entrees (lobster, filets, etc). Changed noodle type - now not so good. and the rest was really just ok. service was prompt, but very rude. then the waiter was a real jerk about the groupon...had to finally get the manager to accept it! I mean, it was only $44 off a $300+ ck at the end of it all! c'mon! prob won't return...better options avail in same area.

Really unhappy with the waiter and management. Did not lend credence to customer service. Have been there several times in the past with friends and for business meetings but after this situation, I am not patronizing this place any more and will tell my friends and relatives not to.

we absolutely cannot recommend this restaurant. When we arrived they were very rude to us. Very unfriendly service. First they did not want to accept the groupon at all. We had to talk to them for around 20 Minutes and threaten to call Groupon. The groupon was clearly for Bond Grill!

Atmosphere needs sprucing up and the music playing was horrid. Food is great so if the other things are addressed I'd be back.
