I have not been able to use the groupon. This is not because I did not want to its because it is such a pain to get registered for classes. There system has many issues. I called Club One for assistance and once I finally got through to speak with a person they were very rude.

Chase really knows what he is talking about as far as putting together a great introductory program so that no one gets hurt. He is also very knowledgeable about good form which is extremely important while doing WOD's. Keep up the good work.

With numerous certifications in exercise, a degree in sports exercise science, and an accreditation in CrossFit Level 1, head coach Chase Brendle knows his stuff. He puts that experience to good use, imparting the intense, functional-movement exercises of Crosstrain during classes designed to work out all muscle groups. It’s a system that also prepares participants to safely accomplish all kinds of activities, from athletic pursuits to such daily exertions as hauling in groceries from the car.
