A Whole Brew World can open your eyes to an oasis of Bay Area microbreweries on its public and private beer tours. Owner and Cicerone certified beer server, Jean Calixto—a Bay Area native who has more than 25 years of hospitality experience —whisks her guests to the best of the new and established beer spots in the area. There, she shares her craft-beer knowledge while tour-goers sip tasty samples of new and limited release brews.
Public excursions, available Friday - Sunday, include stops at a minimum of three breweries, a beer tasting at each brewery (plus gratuity for the staff), and a tour of one brewery. Private excursions are more flexible and include four brewery stops. Van transportation is included on both public and private tours, as are complimentary onboard snacks and nonalcoholic beverages. A cooler in the van keeps any brews purchased during the day cold.
