If you take the hot yoga, prepare to get sweaty! Bring a good amount of water and two towels to keep yourself and your area dry-ish.

Love this studio! bikram is so much better than any other hot yoga I've tried. Front staff aren't perfect ... But the teachers and the facility are nice and well worth it.

Managing his struggles with weight and depression via Bikram Yoga, studio director Dann Thew?determined to share his newfound passion with others?left his job in the oil industry to become a certified Bikram Yoga teacher.
