Interesting to try the saltcave Solana, But I felt that the dry sauna is quite small, we have a group of four. It's too bad the we could not hangout together.

Appointments are mandatory - busy. "healing with hands" was amazing. Extremely educated in his field. Very satisfied with the experience. Would recommend.

A wonderful relaxing experience alone or with a group of friends. I have enjoyed it many times and recommend it for the treatment of the common cold or for asthma.

Luis is incredibly intuitive. Highly recommend his Thai massage & reflexology treatment. The salt cave is cold, so dress warmly. The other people in it were noisy but it's beautiful & would otherwise be lovely. Overall, definitely worth the visit.

Be sure to have comfortable, warm clothing and expect to sleep deeply for most of the time you visit. The air is so good and relaxing to breathe.

Saltcave Solana’s powder-dusted cavern looks like a polar bear’s hibernation den, until you notice the lounge chairs. The creatures that dwell here are modern humans, and the wonder that draws them is as old as time itself. Here, they relax amid Himalayan salt crystals, which fill the air with therapeutic properties. As music whisks minds to tranquil states, minerals vaporize themselves into tiny, breathable particles of the tasty mineral, which may ease symptoms of allergies, asthma, and some skin conditions. By infusing the space with negative ions, the saline mist can also help stave off colds and slug invasions. Safe for both children and adults, the cave teems with toys and blankets, which the salt divests of bacteria. The space fits up to eight people, making it a popular venue for yoga and Pilates classes.

Beyond the cave lies an infrared sauna, which helps melt away stress, pain, and toxins as it boosts the heart rate and circulation. Nearby, kneading experts perform Thai massages, gently easing bodies into yoga-like poses designed to dissolve tension, increase joint mobility, and make energy flow freely, like a river stocked with coupons.
