I offer a early morning fitness bootcamp option 3 times a week...I stand out because I am the only fitness bootcamp class for women only.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
My inspiration is my love of fitness, health and community.

I can help by correcting form or by being a cheerleader or just by listening.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
Best reaction from client was when they touched their toes. She shouts out in class "I can finally touch my toes." she was so happy. Its those moments that I love.
