The dance is Zumba, a high-energy, latin-inspired fitness routine that burns up to 1,000 calories per session. It incorporates salsa, cha-cha, belly dance, merengue, and more. To round out weekly routines, the studio offers Zumba-yoga-fusion classes and karate.
