Every thing was delicious. The server and cook were very helpful to see that we got dishes we were happy with since we were not very familiar with Peruvian food. Can't wait to go back and try some different dishes.

A couple friends and myself shared parts of our meals and everything was great. I had the Peruvian roasted half chicken and it was possibly one of the best chicken dishes I've had in a long time. Their sides are excellent and their lime dressing/sauce tasted great and was very refreshing. The food was just like eating dinner prepared by someone's mom or grandmother. Would recommend!

Good vibe, gracious people. Simple, homemade food that isn't too spicy but can be zapped up by the number if you want. They played Latin music, asked our preference, and our server sparkled as she told us we were listening to Marc Anthony, the good looking, sexy, top-selling Salsa artist. It's pop music, but has that infectious Latin rhythm, nonetheless. Latin music is marvelous and adds to the whole flavor, and makes you want to dance! Authenticity is important to me. Music and food go together, so they should enhance each other as complements. Next time, however, I'll ramp up the spices a bit.

From Our Editors

Calling upon flavorful recipes passed down from their mothers and grandmothers, the chefs at Inca Trail Peruvian Restaurant reflect the tradition and multiplicity of Peruvian fare, which is known for incorporating styles from Spain, Africa, China, and Japan. The menu boasts vibrant dishes prepared with grilled seafood, steak, veggies, or chicken accompanied by green rice, beans, and a list of excuses for loosening your belt post-meal. The Oklahoman recommends the pollo a la brasa, raving, "After one bite of the rotisserie chicken, we all immediately regretted not ordering four chickens and calling it a day. Put simply: Wow." Contrasting the eatery's savory, saucy, and spicy dishes is a collection of house-made desserts, and the Oklahoma Gazette says, "Don't miss the fruit flan."
