At CrossFit Koinonia, the regular CrossFit routine is notable for its irregularity. That is, every day, participants are challenged to try something new. High-intensity training comes in many forms, such as obstacle courses and weightlifting, and as individuals progress in the program they hone their skills in 10 different fitness domains, including strength and flexibility. Classes are encouraged to motivate each other and act as a support group, making CrossFit Koinonia a welcoming place even for those who are just starting their fitness journey.
