At Women's Exotic Workout, founder Adena draws on her more than 30 years of experience in exercise, dance, and performing arts to helm exotic and pole-dancing classes. Whirl through nine different exotic art forms, including belly dancing, tribal techniques, light gymnastics, chair work, and potato-sack escape acts, while muscles commit up to 130 beginner and intermediate moves to memory. The upbeat, supportive environment enlightens the senses and elevates ladies from timid to titillated over the course of 60–75 minutes. Yoga instruction is available for students of all levels, strengthening the core and improving flexibility so pliable protégés can perform the Y.M.C.A. solely with their legs.
