Fun and not too busy. Made it less embarrassing for us beginners.

Fun high energy Zumba classes but most is Spanish music. I would rather have a Zumba class with more popular music.

I attended my first Zumba class and everything went great. All employees were very professional and I was pleased with how kind they all were.

From Our Editors

A trio of black-belted Moras sisters lead the diverse fitness curriculum at Amys Martial Arts. Melany, Amely, and Samy blend the disciplined technique they?ve displayed in national, collegiate, and international martial-arts competitions with coaching and referee experience as they teach students aged 3 and older. Children's tae-kwon-do classes develop motor skills, balance, and a positive attitude, and tumbling sessions develop the sense of balance needed to roll, cartwheel, and handspring. Adults can explore the physical and mental benefits of tae kwon do's full-body workout or jump-start their heart rate with kickboxing, or imagine how they?d use tae kwon do to fend off a pack of wild rabbits.
