Chef Dominik's Tour of Italy takes you through three of the country's most captivating marvels: homemade lasagna, cheese ravioli, and penne covered in the house's alfredo sauce. But as fond as the chef is of pasta, it's hand-tossed pizza that gives the restaurant its name. The menu even devotes a full page to specialty pies. They come decorated with meats such as pepperoni, sausage, and sliced meatballs, all three of which top the extravaganza, a disc smothered in extra cheese and veggies. Classic pizzas including the margherita are also available in 14" or 18" sizes, depending on what percentage of your jaw is made of silly putty. The kitchen also makes garlic knots, subs, and calzones, in addition to cannoli and Nutella-stuffed crepes for dessert.
