Awful place. I went about 2 years ago. Not sure if there food got better after that. But when I went, they put so much garlic on my pizza and inside that it tasted awful. Was very disappoined

Deep dish takes a long time, so expect to wait. Food is good, but the pasta was over cooked.

didn't get the pizza I ordered and didn't feel like waiting 45 minutes for another one so accepted it. was good but not the one I wanted. When my wife received her glass of wine there were 3 lipstick impressions on the rim of her glass where it wasn't washed well or checked by the server.was replaced with other glass and hopefully new wine. Dined outside as did 3 other tables but our server forgot to bring us requested items around 3 times.

Don't get upset with the wait time, it's well worth it

While we were promptly seated by a friendly host, our initial server forgot to take orders, couldn't answer questions, and didn't warn us about the wait time associated with a stuffed pizza. He disappeared and after about 20 minutes, a new server, Jacob, came over and let us know that he would be taking care of us for the rest of the night. He was very friendly but we continued to have to wait for food, and even longer for our stuffed pizza. The thin crust pizzas were honestly no better than what you can find in the frozen pizza section, especially since it would have been cheaper and taken less time to do that at home. Other than the crust, our stuffed pizza was cold and greasy. Disgusting! What a disappointment!

My wife and I ordered two entrees and they were not good. My wife's veggie lasagna had veggies that were not well cooked - they were still crunchy and my pollo de la casa pasta was flavorless - just pasta cooked too long with olive oil and chicken. Maybe their pizza is their specialty.

Nothing about the stuffed pizza tasted very good to me, not the bread, cheese, meat or sauce.

Terrific food, not fast food. Allow time, or call ahead! It's worth it!

From Our Editors

Chicago's Stuffed Pizza celebrates the Windy City’s most famous pie. To assemble each pizza, chefs line a deep-dish pan with dough and fill it with a smattering of meats, veggies, and shredded cheese. But it’s the second layer of dough and sauce on top that makes it a true stuffed pizza. The chefs also create traditional thin-crust pizzas, such as the Chef Special covered with chicken, bacon, zucchini, and alfredo sauce, and a number of pasta dishes and sandwiches are also on the menu.
