I have been to other painting events, other than Colors and Bottles. This particular one was at the Orlando Brewing Company. It was outside, under a tent. It was humid which led to the paint being pretty thick and goopy. There were no free drinks (a glass of wine or beer) included. We bought our own at full price. The instructor was OK. He made comments to each person painting that it should be done a specific way.....not suggestions. I wouldn't use Colors and Bottles again.

Bought this groupon over a month ago. All of the classes for May were already sold out. It is now June and the only classes they have are the sold out classes from May. Very frustrating since I bought this for a mothers day gift...

Unfortunately, The instructor was late. lighting was dark in bar Louie and loud (not very relaxing), it was crammed, easels were flimsy and the canvas was thin. The instructor was nice at least.

When using an outside meeting area, it would be nice for the customer to know. In addition, if there is a time change, please let all participants be aware of the change. Have the supplies in place and start on time. (It is getting dark early and it was too dark at the end of the session to see the painting and the example.)

I was very disappointed. I was excited about the groupon, but when my friend and I arrived at the location, the instructor for the event was nowhere to be found and the venue had no idea how to contact the Colors & Bottles instructor. The event had been cancelled and no email or contact was made to notify those who had signed up for the class. We attempted to call and email the sponsor numerous times the week before the event to ensure that it was not cancelled and we got no response, so we were frustrated to drive all the way there only to be stood up for our class. We finally got in contact with someone about a week after our scheduled class and they said they would still redeem our groupon, however the whole process was very dissapointing and inconvenient. My friend informed me that this was her second time having an issue redeeming a groupon with Colors & Bottles. This seems like a great event, but Colors & Bottles definitely needs to improve their lines of communication.

They cancelled the event. Have not posted any future events for fall 2013. Friends have had a hottible time trying to speak with anyone at the business. When they do speak to people they get mixed messages. They do not respond well to emails or phone calls. Seem unorganized.

I have sent in 3 reviews about this company to them specifically and NEVER got a reply.... This is what i sent in...horrible customer service and feedback... with this type of attitude they will go nowhere. I love the concept but they need to step it up. Frtunately I would never respond negatively on a website but not eveyone is so kind. Below is what i have sent them on separate occasions in response to feedback requested from them personally. Seriously? Bribing to get a coupon for $20 off. You should give everyone in my class $20 off just to have the experience again. The class got started 45 minutes late and there was little to no instruction. It was so incredibly unorganized that I had to pull out my phone and look up a picture of a peacock for myself to do. I was really disappointed. The instructor was nice but needs serious organization and teaching presence. I have been to your competitors locally and honestly can’t imagine paying as much for one of your classes. I hope this was just a fluke. Like I said the instructor was very personable and nice but I didn’t go to make a new friend.
