Every good restaurant has something that makes it special. At Jesse's Rib Shack, it's the magic sauce. The southern-style barbecue sauce, developed by the restaurant's namesake in the 1980s, dresses nearly every meat on the menu, from chicken wings to rib tips. Their other marinades slather a selection of seafood entrees that includes grilled fish and fried shrimp.
With each meal, guests have their choice of barbecue-style sides, including mac 'n' cheese, collared greens, and baked beans, and should consider bringing a quilt made of napkins to wipe up any extra sauce.
