The clerk had trouble locating our reservation at check in but quickly resolved it. Most of the space was updates but had a terrible old sofa. Didn't understand that but made the best of it. My daughter enjoyed the play area. Proprerty is closely located to activities and also quiet and secluded as well. Would definitely return.

The room they booked us in had a shower that leaked into the kitchen. The dishwasher exploded with suds and water upon using. We used the facilities washer for our clothes and it did not work properly. When we addressed these issues with the front desk they just said sorry.
In addition, they advertised shuttle to the Disney theme parks. We even called about this service before we left. They failed to share it runs basically once a day.
