I bought my Groupon and called in to make an appointment which was good that they could easily accommodate me. I was attended to right away upon arriving at the salon and got to take a look at colours and given a throughout colour consultation. I love my hair and my cut.

Upon arrival I was told to sit and my hair was washed. No introductions or looking at my hair. THE stylist then washed and combed my hair without any conversation. VERY awkward. THEN she asked what I wanted done and spoke briefly to my attempt to get to know her. TURNS put she was the owner. Haircut was fine but no customer service. VERY uncomfortable. GAVE a decent tip anyways. Then she smiled and said "come again"

I dealt with Kristen and she was fantastic. She has the ability to understand what clients want and deliver on it. I got my hair coloured and cut.Kristen did both the colouring and the cut and I couldn't be happier with the job she did!

Kristen was awesome! I loved how she cut my hair. Shes very friendly and her co worker Michel was amazing too. I would highly recommend this salon, and will be back again and again! Loved the service!

Stylist was nice. I kept asking for her professional opinion since I was going from a long to short hair style, and unfortunately she was extremely ambivalent. I had to tell her step by step what to do, and she kept telling me "if that's what you want" instead of suggesting what she thought, based on my hair type and style inspiration. "Styling" was air drying. Unimpressed leaving with wet hair

Kristen was amazing! She transformed my horrible roots/burnt hair into a gorgeous combo of dark and light highlights for a much more natural and easy to maintain colour. Plus I love the cut! Thanks again.
