Great classes, good mixture of challenging and gentle. Fantastic instructors and good schedule :) love it there!
Great place...understanding people...patient with beginners...had lots of fun
Purchased 10 classes. Been to one class & so far I'm pleased. The owner & teaches are super nice & extremely helpful. I really liked the fact that you do not have to pre-book the classes, this means you will not lose any classes if you can't make it. You can book online for any of the classes on any given day. The only complaint would be parking around the 4 Corners in Whitby can be annoying.
the Hatha Yoga is very good
This is an amazing yoga studio! totally worth the money you spend! I am now a regular customer of theirs thanks to groupon.
I've been to two classes so far and have really enjoyed both of them! The only way you find out is by trying it out for yourself but I can say I'm so looking forward to my next classes! :)
Parking at the city lot is cheaper than on the street. Location is on the third floor so lots of stairs. Great instructor and great class.
3 flights up, good warm up before
it was really a nice class! Relaxing and easy to follow.
Very Welcoming Environment. Officially hooked on Fountain of Youth Yoga!
From Our Editors
"Yoga is for everyone." This is the guiding principle at Fountain of Youth Yoga, which is why the center offers all of its group classes—including Hatha, Ashtanga, and prenatal yoga—for $10 each. The staff believes the ancient practice should be available to anyone, despite rising costs at other studios and anti-stretching campaigns enacted by The League of Broken Rubber Bands. At the studio, students reduce stress, shed unwanted pounds, tone muscles, and boost blood circulation while performing asanas, or poses, coupled with breathing exercises. They can also attend workshops on how to alleviate stress and incorporate yoga's principles into daily life.
