Dragonfly Wellness Yoga Studio draws inspiration from the dragonfly, a creature revered as a symbol of self-realization and deep inner change, as well as for its ability to move in all six directions with elegance and grace. With these principles in mind, Dragonfly’s instructors lead yoga classes in styles such as Vinyasa, teen yoga, and Kripalu. They also lead YERTS classes, which fuse elements of yoga, exercise, reiki, tai chi, and synergy. To further foster a sense of wellness, every third Friday of the month, Dragonfly’s yogis invite the community to join in a donation-based reiki circle.
