Brian and Krystal are some of the nicest people I've ever met. They know what they are doing and are very knowledgeable about fitness - they got me back on track again!

No I wouldn't recommend the Groupon - I started going there in December. I really like my trainer and have seen some results, but the location is closing in two months. Also, the groupon is the exact same price as what is advertised on their website, plus you don't get the "free shakes" they make reference to in the groupon. Their "fitness analysis" consists of recording your measurements and your weight - and they didn't even do that until I signed up for the full 30 session program at full price. Not cool.

I've always been apprehensive about going to the gym The trainers at Capital City are fantastic Friendly, encouraging and push your potential They make you feel welcome I've not felt out of place once If you need that extra push and guidancethe trainers at Capital City are definitely worth the call!

I ended up asking for a refund given my experience. Very unreliable, many messing up of planned sessions, last inure cancelations and just not showing up for scheduled sessions. Gym was very unorganized, old shabby equipment.

Brian, the owner of Capital City Fitness Club, has been lifting since the latter days of his high-school career. He started weight training as a hobby, but it quickly became a passion for him. He sought education as a personal trainer, not only to share his insight with others, but so he could have a career that allowed him to regularly lift.

Brian likes to give his clients his undivided attention as he trains. That's why he only accepts personal-training clients in his 2,000 square-foot facility. There are plenty of gyms for public fitness, but in his studio, Brian makes sure it's all about his client's goals. He even assembled a collection of very specific pieces of equipment to get the job done, from ubiquitously recognizable dumbbells to more esoteric machines such as the recumbent bike, on which you recline, pedal very hard, and never move an inch.
