I was going to send an email about this. I had very poor service at Gary's Automotive. I wanted a winter checkup which included testing the battery, brakes, oil/filter change and tire rotation. I have winter tires and they put those on as well. I also asked for new heavy duty windshield wipers and a wheel realignment. They called and said my brakes needed servicing. I ended up paying almost $500 for the service. When I picked up my car, the tires weren't changed and later on that night I noticed the wipers were still the old ones. The dash oil signal hadn't been reset and they hadn't replaced the reminder sticker on my windshield. Although I noticed that the car wasn't pulling to the left anymore, I wondered what they actually did to my car for $500. Needless to say, I was pretty angry when I brought the car back the next morning. They called me mid-day to tell me my car was ready again. I went to pick it up and noticed the windshield wipers did not fit properly nor did they look like heavy duty ones, just the regular, by this point I would settle for regular ones that fit! So I had to bring my car in for a 3rd time once they ordered the right size! Like I was going to drive away with wipers that stuck out past my windsheild!?! All I got was a free oil change for my troubles which I probably won't use because I never want to see those morons again! I sincerely think that to maintain the quality of your business (Groupons), you should never agree to another groupon for Gary's Automotive. I am going back to my previous mechanic who I can trust!
