Trainers Steve Nesrallah and Anjali Benimadhu draw from a huge well of experience and fitness disciplines—including martial arts, circuit training, and weightlifting—to help their charges build lean muscle and brawn during high-intensity boot-camp classes. Unlike the boring treadmill marathons of a traditional gym, Nomadic Training keeps muscles and minds engrossed with quick, energetic workouts. The instructors help build strength through plyometrics, weightlifting, kettlebell workouts, and the use of simple machines and tools. In addition to teaching clients effective exercises, the trainers teach them how necessary it is to hydrate and that, contrary to popular belief, it’s more important to sleep a full eight hours than to wake up every hour to do your reps.
