recommend to those who have some experience with cadet format. I was not prepared for the bullyish comments towards others and myself. I have had formal elite training in another sport and never deemed it necessary to be sarcastic to motivate people. Good training circuits and drills but was not enjoyable feeling on edge about criticized in a sarcastic way. works for some, but not me...I stopped after 7 weeks

It is the best boot camp workout I've ever done. I've been pushed to my limit, and I've learned that I can do more than I thought. You get your money's worth and more! The groupon got me to try it out and now I'm hooked!

I hadn't known much about this program before seeing it on groupon, I don't regret starting at all, it's a bit rough starting for me but so far it's been well worth it.

At Ottawa Fitness Boot Camp-Soldiers of Fitness, 60-minute routines mandate that students work together to conquer drills, bolstering a communal spirit through navigating obstacle courses and banding together to transport heavy objects such as a snoozing sumo wrestler.
