Amazingly challenging and fun!
Extremely positive experience so far. After my 1st class I thoughtno way this isn't for me; having fairly asthma I felt I was lagging to much & dragging people down but Cpl encouraged us to return no matter our level. Everyone is encouraging & supportive; this is a tough challenging course but the whole team works together. I hate going to every class but I'm elated at the completion of each class; it must be good because I keep coming back! I've even signed up for June. Highly recommend SOF!

Canadian soldiers Karth Sahadevan and Colin Reid founded Ottawa Fitness Boot Camp-Soldiers of Fitness in 2004, drawing from their military training to craft authentic boot-camp programs for the average citizen.
