Each day, CrossFit 913's trainers design new routines daily to keep boredom from setting in and to ensure all muscles get an ample workout. This constant variation prepares students for all brands of physical activity, including athletic pursuits and everyday acts such as carrying the laundry. They also assign exercises based on their functionality, which improves all domains of fitness, including strength, speed, and agility. Furthermore, the system is flexible, allowing the trainers to scale workouts to each member's abilities and fitness levels. Before diving into the deep end of CrossFit, however, all students must begin with specialized beginner classes that instruct them on basic movements and proper technique to ensure safety.
