Whether clients want to change the way they look, live healthier, or recover from an injury, Experience Fitness's nationally certified trainers work tirelessly to aid them in their transformations. In addition to personal-training sessions, they specialize in small-group training, all of which are geared toward each person's goals and informed by comprehensive fitness exams and a health-history analysis.
Within the bright-blue confines of the gym, the trainers also lead group classes such as Fight Fit, a high-intensity martial-arts and boxing-inspired workout. In boot-camp sessions, they call upon everything from TRX suspension bands to kickboxing bags to keep bodies from getting bored and wandering off midworkout. Their Kid Fit classes use age-appropriate approaches to help kids as young as 6 years old kindle a lifelong love for fitness.
