Owner Nichole Hines' little yoga studio is the place for the ultimate intimate yoga experience to guide you as you find your limits mentally, physically, and spiritually. Kelly Crowe joins Nichole in leading yoga classes focused on restorative techniques. Nichole's classes include Rise & Shine, a slow-paced morning session designed to awaken the muscles and release tension built up overnight. Kelly teaches four types of yoga, from SlowFlow Vini yoga that incorporates the rhythmic breathing of Vinyasa, to an Iyengar-hatha blend that aims to lengthen muscles and strengthen joints.
