For 60 minutes, instructors chosen for their Pure Barre technique and expertise in the art of teaching lead students through a specific set of isometric moves that aim to create long and lean muscles. As participants lift their legs into the air, they execute ballet-inspired exercises that sculpt their abs, hips, and arms without creating unwanted bulk. The classes are also meant to be gentle on joints, as each workout avoids bouncing motions and pairs every strength-building exercise with a stretching session.
