From the sweeping kneads of a Swedish massage to the stress-melting power of hot stones, Massage & Fitness offers numerous ways to ease the body. The licensed massage therapists have studied multiple modalities, and they use that knowledge to the benefit of sore backs or muscles knotted up like a string theorist's jumprope. Treatments include trigger-point therapy, aromatherapy, and cranio sacral work.
On the fitness side, the staff leads personal-training sessions with conditioning and boxing workouts. They also offer nutrition counseling to encourage weight-loss and optimal health.
