Intent on helping students inject a sense of balance and grace into their everyday lives, Yoga + Barre offers empowering fitness classes within a refined, boutique setting. Every class is open to guests of all skill and experience levels, although attendance is capped at 12–14 students or 10 wax figures so the instructor can provide more personalized guidance throughout the session. The schedule includes a handful of different yoga styles, including dynamic vinyasa classes that combine mindful breathing exercises and flowing asana sequences, as well as slower-paced restorative sessions, which use deep, sustained stretches to promote physical and mental wellbeing. For a more fitness-oriented approach, the studio also offers workouts that use a ballet barre and dance-inspired exercises to create lean, slender muscles over time.
