This is a small group class 5-6 people Using the WaterRow Machines & Spin Bikes for timed intervals. 45 mins of Fun!! There will be Muscle Conditioning & Cardio when you are off the Rower to keep your heart rates up for a high calorie burn! ($10 per person)

Total Body Bootcamp
This is an hour long class with Russell and Morgan alternating weeks. Expect anything to happen, Body weight cardio drills and tons of toys, from Sandbags jumpropes, weights stair runs etc!
Boxing Bootcamp with Di
This is an hour long class using heavy bags, cardio drills and barbells. Boxing gloves are a must! Space is limited so get in while you can!
Beastmode Tabata with Di
This is an hour class in the 20 second on 10 seconds rest format. However, be prepared to have anything thrown at you!!! bikes, box, weights, trx, barbells, partner games, plyo & more!!!! All levels welcome! There is a modification for everything!
30 Min Express Spin & 30 Min Muscle
This is an hour long class using bikes cardio and 15 mins of abs at the end
Box & Build with Russ
This is an hour long class working with Boxing Trainer Russell Kimber, expect to be put through combinations and speed drills on the Heavy bag, then Head over to your weights! Toning is another aspect of this class combine the 2 and YOU BOX & BUILD!
