Isshin Sushi Bar and Asian Dining’s chefs flex their culinary skills when stuffing sushi rolls with radish sprouts, Korean miso paste, and barbecue salmon skin. They stick to the classics with hot meals, including Asian hot pot — chicken, beef or seafood cooked with mixed vegetables and ginger in an Asian sauce served in a hot pot. The chefs also make their own salad dressings and spicy sauces that can flavor any dish. To complement meals, they also offer Japanese beer, wine, and sake.
