Under the direction of CheezHeadz’s chef, the kitchen bakes fresh bread daily for a selection of sandwiches, and makes pizzas decorated with toppings such as meatballs, chicken, and bacon. For example, the Lombardi pizza delivers Italian sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms, onions, and mozzarella cheese to diners, while the Reggie White dishes roasted garlic sauce, fresh roma tomatoes, fresh basil, and ricotta cheese. The menu also includes Wisconsin favorites including fried cheese curds with ranch dressing, cheesy bread, cheesesteak sandwiches, and domestic and imported bottles of beer.
