Though she spent three years and 500 hours studying at the Yoga Room in Berkeley, Dana Davis, is more than a yogi. She's also a certified balance teacher, a holder of psychology and spirituality degrees, and a former professional flamenco dancer. She brings her breadth of experience to courses such as Balance Your Body Foundations, which teaches aching limbs how to stand, bend, sit, lift, walk, and lie down in ways that help alleviate chronic pain or a chronic sense that you're standing in a weird way. She and fellow yogis also lead yoga classes that range from basic Hatha flow to yoga for a healthy back.
