There aren't enough slides for younger kids and the park is a lot smaller than I thought. The obstacle course is neat, but it seems you'd either go there to do that or to play in the water.

The food not so good but glad we can bring our own food in but I think it is ridiculous that we have to pay additional to do so! The staff is very young and could use some extra help ringing up things and putting the coupons in. The coupons in the booklet did not scan either. How come next years season pass holders we only get 1/2 off the buddy passes instead of free... Not right.... Services goin backwards and now $40 instead of $30 to bring in food... Another reason I did not renew my season pass!

Season passes are the way to go. Daily tickets are over priced. This park is good for kids big enough to ride the slides, doesn't offer much for little ones, at least nothing more than a public pool would offer. The adventure park is fun, you must do it dry but they provide no dressing rooms, just the bathroom.

The park is small but nice and my kids (11 and 13) love it but I'm amazed at how bad the customer service is every single time I go there. It takes at least 20 minutes to get food even if you are the only person there. Every employee seems to be on the first day on the job because they never know what they are doing. Every employee moves at a snail's pace and there will often be 4 employees behind the food or ticket counter helping just one customer or just standing there. We've stopped buying food because it just isn't worth the hassle.

From Our Editors

For the owners of Hawaiian Falls, a water park is more than just a place to beat the heat and while away the dog days of summer—it's a venue that encourages families and friends to put down their phones or tablets and enjoy an afternoon of real-life fun and fellowship. That isn't to say it's all kumbaya sing-a-longs or heartfelt discussions about that one very special episode of Full House, though. On the contrary, kids and adults of all ages can whiz down one of the many thrilling slides, hit the raucous wave pool, or wage all-out water war with the interactive splash-and-spill apparatuses speckled throughout the park. At certain locations, there's even non-aquatic adventures in the form of rock climbing walls, cargo nets, and high-flying ziplines. All the while, lifeguards and EMTs stand at the ready to ensure safety.

Of course, those who just want to spend the day relaxing and catching some sun can retire to calm, cannon-ball-free zones, including the lazy river or a privately rented cabana. There's also plenty of on-site restaurants and food carts to visit, which serve everything from burgers and hot dogs to pizza and turkey legs.
