The three owners of The Spirit of Texas Distillery have a very hands-on approach to making spirits. When they needed a still, they built one themselves. When they needed a process for infusing pecans into their liquor, they invented one. And when they wanted great-tasting, high-quality spirits, they founded The Spirit of Texas Distillery. Today, the distillery has a plethora of premium spirits to try, but perhaps their most famous is the Pecan Street Rum. The dark rum is distilled from the finest molasses and aged oak and begins with a butterscotch nose with a hint of orange before finishing strong with nutty pecan.
