I went to the Jerk Hut Saturday @2pm sat for 20mins waiting to order just for them to tell me they were all out of ox tails!! how can you be all out of an item when u only been open 3hrs?? she suggested the jerk chicken I told her I didnt eat spicy food she said she would put a sweet sauce on instead. after waiting now 45mins to eat the food came and the chicken was too spicy I informed her and she stated ok!!!! nothing else I told her I didnt want it and couldnt eat it.. the rice was cold and the veggies were ok. when it was time to pay for my meal I asked her why I had to pay for chicken I didnt eat she stated bcuz I ate the sides!! she could not just take of the chicken!!! that was the worst groupon I have ever had!! I will never eat at the Jerk Hut again

Food is prepared fresh, so be prepared for a little wait. Staff is friendly.

Service was extremely slow and when I used the Groupon, I was told my "Red Snapper Escavitch" meal did not qualify for the discount. There are no exclusions on the Groupon or signs inside the restaurant to advise customers of the exclusion for that "specific" item. I am very disappointed and feel taken advantage of by the "new rules" to use Groupon in that restaurant.

They give you alot of food for your money!!! Service was very friendly. The food was delicious!!!!! Thanks for this offer. My boyfriend and I will be back frequently!!!!!

Jamaican Jerk Hut is a relatively tiny space. I would have preferred the coupon offered the option of take out as well as dine-in. As it was, parking cost me almost as much as I saved with the coupon.

We went there on a Friday night and they said they didn't have any Jerk chicken or wings (basically no jerk stuff), or any of their weekend specials available. You are literally called Jamacian JERK hut you should probably keep the jerk spiced stuff stocked? Also the rice and peas were flavorless, and so was the cabbage and the fried plantain. I got goat curry and it was sooo fatty, like maybe 60% goat. Ultimately I prefer the Caribbean place on South Street on the other side of broad; this place was expensive for what it was and wasn't worth the extra bucks.

They were literally out of half of the items on the menu. They did not have any jerk chicken, BBQ chicken and you could not order the fish and use your groupon. They only had 1 appetizer available. They only had a few of the drinks on their menu.
