Kalani Fitness’s team of certified instructors leads students through intense CrossFit-inspired classes, emphasizing an inclusive environment that welcomes exercisers of all fitness levels. Its dynamic programs blend explosive CrossFit workouts—used by many police academies, military special-operations units, and the buffest accountants—with a broad spectrum of combat techniques, dance moves, and strength and conditioning exercises. Challenging students to scale climbing ropes and wear out jump ropes, the instructors push students through rigorous workouts such as Cardio Circuit or Hip-Hop Abs.
