On a beautiful summer Saturday afternoon I took my wife and 3 young kids here. The place was roomy inside with an option for outdoor patio. Overall a great dining experience!

This is watered down Tex-Mex. The food is barely passable for Mexican, the drinks somewhat better, but my marguerita was served in a plastic cup! Never had one in a plastic cup before. It was OK but certainly far from the best. The food is poor quality, poorly seasoned. My husband's burrito had more rice in it than anything...since when does a burritio contain rice? It really doesn't qualify as a restaurant, it's basically a bar scene. It was after 4:30 and they advertised a Happy Hour from 4:30-6:30 so we thought we'd get the Happy Hour price for our drinks but our server told us we "have to sit at the bar to get happy hour prices". Really? Every other place we've been during Happy Hour gives the Happy Hour prices! When we were finished we asked our server for the check. He seemed to acknowledge that with a nod, so we thought he'd be right back. We waited another 15 minutes while we saw him at the bar chit-chatting away. Another waiter who saw that we were finished yelled over to him "aren't you supposed to get their check". He still didn't move. Then the waiter yelled "hey are you sleeping"! I kid you not...that's what he said. The best thing to do is stay away from this place!

My BFF and I were passing time before our dinner reservation and went to the Mexican Post to enjoy drinks, but found the bar dirty and the service just passable. The bartender was inattentive and distant since we were only ordering drinks that weren't even that great. Sadly, it's not somewhere we'd go back to unless they gave the place a makeover to include the staff.

Service was pretty good, but we were the only ones there so I would hope so! The pitcher of Margaritas was great - if you like margaritas you will like these. The food was just okay. Plat was burning hot and the food was barely warm. They got my order wrong - I ordered a plain cheese quesadilla and they gave me one with chicken (ugh) (I am a vegetarian). Because the margaritas were so good I would likely give this place another chance.
