Rybread, like many of the best ideas, was born during an epic road trip. Owner Ryan and his girlfriend dreamed up many of the shop's sandwiches while traveling cross country and named them for the locales that inspired them.
Denver: Chicken salad loaded with walnuts and grapes, paired with greens, and stuffed between slices of multi-grain bread.
Savannah: Oven-roasted turkey breast meets brie cheese and whole cranberry sauce in an upscale twist on a Thanksgiving-leftover classic.
Philadelphia: A soft ciabatta roll gets loaded with salami, hot capicola, prosciutto, and provolone, then finished with a drizzle of vinaigrette.
Buffalo: This spicy chicken panini is cooled down by gorgonzola or mozzarella cheese and chipotle mayo, while shredded carrots and red onions lend some crunch.
