Beginning with classic Mexican street foods, Union Taco’s kitchen staff adds a contemporary twist to the menu to create casual, internationally inspired, metropolitan cuisine. The menu’s roots are evident in dishes such as tacos stuffed with oxtail, caramelized onions, and pickled jicama. A selection of flatbreads topped with duck and grilled pineapple or mushrooms and truffle oil demonstrate Union Taco’s willingness to experiment and move beyond traditional Latin flavors.
