Before Jeremy Scott was named one of the top 50 hottest trainers in the country by Shape magazine, he was a collegiate basketball player and a trainer to college athletes, fitness competitors, and people looking to get fit without resorting to wrestling the neighbor's bobcat. The lifelong athlete has gone on to appear in Men's Fitness, Muscle & Fitness magazine, and AZ Foothills magazine, touting his philosophy of being the best one can be. But these aren't empty words from the workout guru?they're a call to action, which he backs up with high-intensity sessions and nutritional coaching.
