I went to the location on Dysart in Avondale AZ. There was a front desk person answering the phones and assisting people all at once. He advised me it will be no more than 45 minutes. Wrong! I had to come back after 2 and 1/2 hours and wait another 30 minutes. I asked him if the breaks were checked since i had requested it from the very beginning and my breaks have a squeak. The front desk clerk (Carlos )was the name stated that they didnt check them. The coupon which i purchased included an inspection which was not done. I was very upset with the visit. To make things worse they didnt tell me when to return or put a sticker on my winshield with the mileage reminder, now i have to manually keep track to know when to get another oil change... terrible service i will never return.
