I was unable to have the service I paid for. Seems that the laser used for veins was no longer available. I was told I could go to another business and have the service done at a later date or I could receive a face and neck treatment instead. I decided to have the face/neck treatment or risk losing any value I had already paid for. I was sorely disappointed that I was not informed that I would not be receiving the service I had paid for. I even received an email 1 week earlier changing my appt. time from 3:30 to 4:00pm. The proprietor should have informed me then that my groupon for vein service would not be be redeemed.
