Office was very friendly, service was great with offerring travel assistance while car is in the shop. The only criticism I would give was the fact that they stated I needed to get over a grands worth done on my car making it sound critical which was inaccurate after having it looked at by a friend. A lot of the work wasn't critical and was much more expensive. They wanted 378 for two tires (stated middle of the road) and 175 for a new wheel. I called discount tire co and they had tires for 78 each and a new wheel would be 75. Overall my guess is they are not the cheapest mechanic, if you do take your car in for just an oil change etc don't get talked into getting more work done in their shop w/o a second opinion first. If I really needed a mechanic I would go back because although they weren't cheap, they were very friendly, professional and convenient. I would just shop around and compare prices on certain things.
