On a mission to promote physical fitness and spiritual growth, the teachers at Inner Peace Yoga make their practice accessible above all else. That's why, when students sign up for any class, they automatically get a mat and towel to use for the duration of the session. The class schedule includes five types of yoga ranging from hatha yoga, which focuses on physical and mental strength building, to pregnancy yoga, designed for expectant mothers and new mothers in order to relive the stress that comes with carrying a child or making airplane noises at every meal. Vinyasa and hot vinyasa classes offer a flowing practice that links body and mind, with or without the added benefit of sweating out toxins, while ashtanga yoga takes a more vigorous tempo to help put the body into optimal alignment.
