Down Dog Wellness helps others build confidence and grow in spirituality while making their muscles and joints more flexible. This multifaceted approach is the goal of the studio's central mission: to show that yoga is a way to manage stress and tap into new wells of energy as well as a fitness regimen. In this spirit, the instructors guide clients through private or group yoga classes, during which they introduce breathing and poses designed to help everyone involved achieve whole-body awareness, build strength, and dodge any weird bugs crawling across the floor. The service also combines principles of emotional and physical wellness in health consultations, which focus on healthy eating and stress-management.
